Haddam Self Storage was developed from a 5.64 acre parcel of raw land into a 34,040 square foot self storage complex. OakBridge acted as the complete project manager including bidding and construction from inception through final occupancy

We coordinated and satisfied all special inspection requirements for the permitting and final certificates of completion. The project was completed with the coordination of multiple outside contractors and opened within the expected time constraints and under the quoted budget. Description:

This residential subdivision located in a quaint, wooded section of Seymour, was developed into 5 residential homes, ranging in size from 2,100 square feet to 3,200 square feet. In addition, we were able to keep and renovate the existing homestead into an adorable cottage. Laurel Estates

Description:

Oakbridge Construction developed four lots of this sixteen lot subdivision located in Oxford, Connecticut. Our work started with the site planning, including septic system design, and architectural home design.
